Dr. William J. Flynn received his undergraduate training at the University of Florida and his medical degree from the University of Miami. Following the completion of his Internal Medicine training in Orlando, he and his lovely wife Mrs. Flynn moved to the Panhandle of Florida to call home and start a family and a medical practice. They now have two daughters, Nicole and Victoria, and have been in practice since 1988. Some of his professional achievements include being former Chief of Staff and Chairman of Credentials Committee for Bay Medical Center, also being elected Fellow by The American College of Physicians. During his off hours he enjoys photography, his dogs Bella, Honey, and Amber, and exploring the bayous of North Bay on his jetskis.

DeAndrea “Dee” Dacosta
At the age of 18, she started her medical career when she joined the United States Air Force in 1989. Served from 89-93 as an Aeromedical Technician. During her active duty time, she was deployed to the United Arab Emirates during the Gulf War. While on active duty she met her husband Mario, also on active duty, and married in 1990. In October 1993, she received an honorable discharge. She continued her education by obtaining an associate degree in nursing through Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh, New York. By 2008, she received her Master of Science in Nursing and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.She and her husband Mario have 2 beautiful daughters and 2 amazing sons-in-law. They are expecting their first grandchild in April 2024. They enjoy spending time with family or out on their boat with their dog Jake.
